Members are reminded that they are expected to have appropriate equipment, including a headtorch and additional warm clothing, when walking in winter. In snow and ice conditions, ice-axe and crampons may also be necessary. More details on the expected equipment are given in the club Safety Guidelines.
Members are expected to familiarise themselves with these guidelines and with the companion document Conduct of Club Walks and to act on them appropriately. (Both are posted on the website or may be requested from the Secretary.)
